Customer self-service portal
SIA also likes to do its part for the environment. To this end, our customers may access their information through our customer self-service portal. This secure portal allows customer to access their accounting information, such as your monthly Statement of Contract Services (formerly known as the “Bank of Hours Statement”) and accounts receivable status, to submit technical requests, to download software and documents stored in our electronic content management system and more.
